My goal is to make high-quality therapy accessible while maintaining a sustainable practice. For private-pay clients, I offer a sliding scale between $200 and $250 per session, allowing us to agree on a rate that fits your financial circumstances and honors the value of the work. If you are using insurance, I accept several plans through Headway, which may offer an additional level of affordability. My aim is to ensure that therapy remains within reach for a range of clients, and I’m happy to discuss what works best for you.

Insurance Clients: Before starting therapy, double-check your coverage directly with your insurance provider. Headway (my scheduling and billing partner) only accepts primary insurance, and I don’t control their billing policies or rates. If insurance coverage is applied incorrectly or turns out to be different from what you expected, Headway may bill up to twice the private-pay rate. To avoid surprises, it’s best to get written confirmation of your benefits from your insurer before booking.*
